Returns Policy

Returns are accepted for many reasons.  Reasons may include: you are unsatisifed with your purchase, if the product does not fit, as well as for defective products.

If you need to process a return, follow these steps:

• Email: michael (at) latterdaybrands (dot) com
• Make your request (return, exchange, defective)
• Obtain authorization for the return
• Package your product in a mail safe envelope (it is fine to use the original shipping envelope)
• Include a note with the reason you are sending the product back and details as to what to do (issue a full refund, exchange for a different size - and the new size, etc)
• Mail via USPS First Class mail to the address listed below

In the case of our mistakes and/or defective shipments a freight reimbursement will be made.  In most other cases, the customer bares the expense of returning the product.

General Shipping Info

Most shipping charges are estimated automatically in through the shipping process via connections with USPS and UPS.  If UPS is selected we reserve the right to ship your product via FedEx if necessary. 

Most orders are drop shipped through manufacturers in Utah

USPS First Class mail generally costs between $2 and $3 dollars for domestic US shipping.  These shipments generaly take 2 to 3 days to reach most Western States.  3 to 4 days to reach most Central States.  And 4 to 5 days to reach most Eastern States.

USPS Priorty mail generally costs between $5 and $7 for domestic US shipping.  These shipments generally takes 2 to 3 days to reach most states in the USA.

UPS Ground shipping generally costs between $6 and $9 for domestic US shipping.  These shipments generally takes 2 to 4 days to reach most states in the USA.

NOTE: Shipping costs and times are ESTIMATES.  Actuall shipping fees are determined in the check out process.  Actuall shipping times depend upon the freight carrier and the shipping method selected.

Tracking is generally only available on UPS or FedEx shipments.

Expedited Shipping

The majority of the time, we offer 3rd Day UPS Shipping as a frieght option.

Other expedited shipping options may or maynot be available given the situation or season.  Please contact us if you need expedited shipping.  The majority of shipments are drop shipped from the manufacturer.  In order to expidite shipping arrangements must be made to ensure the product may be shipped within the necessary time frame.
